My account has been hacked and they rejected all of my requests

Please look into my account recovery requests carefully, I have all the data needed and submitted them all, I did a recovery request through in game recovery tool, I submitted a PUBG MOBILE Community Support google form and I also emailed [email protected] but nothing works, please look into it really carefully I spent so much on that account, Thank You.

Why can't I open the website https://pubgmobile.live/support ?
I can't open the website and not only me but my friends too, and I've seen someone on this discord also cannot open the website
