Invoke Scopebuddy from Lutris? Or fix Steam to allow Gamescope and MangoHud hotkeys?

I've got WoW installed (through Lutris originally) and running with Scopebuddy as a non-Steam app in Steam. I needed to run through Gamescope to enable borderless mode so that game freezes wouldn't require a reboot (made a post on that last night).
However I'd really prefer to be able to use Gamescope and MangoHud hotkeys.

- If Scopebuddy can be invoked through Lutris, that should fix the Steam input wrapper consuming those hotkeys. What is the proper way to invoke Scopebuddy in Lutris? Preferrably without a bunch of shell script wrappers.
- Or ... can I work around this in Steam such that I can send MangoHud (example: shift+F12 to toggle MangoHud's display) and Gamescope (example: Super+S to take a screenshot) while running in Steam? I tried disabling Steam Input via Properties > Controller but that didn't help with the hotkeys.
