Permanent suspension (banned my mistake)
Recently, when I back home from work, I saw permanent ban on my account.
Someone got access to my account and played with third party tools (cheats or scripts or hacks I don't know)
So my account was permanently banned. Someone got access because I had 2FA turned off. After ban I turned on 2FA and changed my password immediately.
My IP addresses are located in one city. I already created tickets to get unbanned, because I'm innocent, I would never use cheats or something because it doesn't make any sense. I hit immortal rank in ep 5, ep6, ep 9, why should I use cheats? For what? I would never risk all the money and effort I put into my account, I said that in my previous tickets, but Riot support staff don't want to hear me. I asked for check IP addresses when I got banned and compare to mine, I also said that I can play on other accounts, because I don't have HWID ban, person who got access to my account got banned by HWID for 120 days I think, but this person is not me, or how can I play on other accounts if Riot support team tell me every time that I'm the one who got banned by HWID? I don't have ban by HWID. I've played valorant since 2021 and met my GF, met a lot of friends, spend a lot of money during my gaming period, it's not just account to play, it means life to me. Can someone help ?

I can prove any information, my passport, my time zone, my city my IP, my HWID, I can make windows restore to dates, make videos, I can prove everything that this is only mine account, I have 1st mail, also I don't have HWID ban...

As I mentioned before, when I returned to my account, I saw that there is a permanent ban, which can only mean that my personal account has been hacked and compromised. As proof of my innocence, I was working at that particular moment, but at the same time I know that technical support can verify the IP addresses of the last few users who logged into the account. I provided my IP, provided my HWID that'l be different but...
I also work from 9am to 6pm every monday-friday, games were played from 10 pm to 6 am (I was sleeping because it was monday and I need to wake up to go to work). Then I back home and saw that my account was banned....
I can prove my work, my documents, everything to riot 🦦
It would be logical if I had a HWID ban, but I don't have one, and I also know that Riot can look at IP addresses that I can freely provide, as well as provide my HWID.

Yeah, they don’t care. Only if your email and password were changed, then there is hope. Otherwise you can’t prove that you didn’t just share your account
I know they can check IP addresses and HWID of the players who were in game when permanent ban came, so they can compare and at least they can read my text that I don’t have HWID ban, they replied to my ticket a couple hours ago that I have HWID ban, while I’m keep telling them that I don’t have one 🫡

Someone got access to my account and played with cheats, because I had turned off 2FA. The only person whom I let play on my account is my gf, but she don't play valorant anymore, it was a while ago
Riot answered me again and closed ticket with the next words: "If you want to create a new account, delete any 3rd software because you have HWID ban". Why RIot don't read description, I said I don't have HWID ban a multiple times....
They don't check screenshots they don't read description...

I tried to contact through the support@riotgames but I got automatic message from bot "Hello! Please contact us through the ticket and we will solve your problem" every time when I sent something to e-mail
Is there any method to contact riot ? Because I can't reach them through the tickets, automatic messages from bots close my ticket every time
Hi, I have the same problem but different, I was banned from HWID in an unfair way. I finished a Valorant game and started another one with my friends. I select a character and it kicks me out for supposedly using third-party programs when I did a factory reset on my PC because it was very slow the day before.

No, I don't use cheats, I wouldn't waste my time trying to use that
when I'm working hard to buy skins.
I never reset my PC because of the ban. It was the day before the suspension that I did that. I had the suspension and sent a ticket the moment I opened Google Chrome.
The truth is that I think it's a ridiculous ban. I wouldn't be asking for the unban if he had really used cheap tricks.

The saddest thing is that Riot contradicts their own words. They're trying to fight against smurfs and boosters, but they're telling me to create a new account after a 120-day HWID ban (which I don't have). I hit immo in 3 episodes, so they want me to rise like a Smurf on a new account from golds

I don't understand the reason why they banned me, I have a clean PC, I asked what application they detected and they closed the ticket instantly.
Today I woke up and went to Valorant support checking my previous ticket that was open at night and this morning I still have the same message but the ticket is closed.
The bot said to pass the case to a real agent, that they would give me a solution in a day or two, but two days have passed and they only closed the ticket.

It seems very strange to me because I played several games before and I didn't detect anything, it was until I started a new one and chose a character and the van error appeared.
Vanguard detects cheat and delays its ban for a few matches
I will have faith that they will be able to fix my fake ban,

I understand you, the only option I would have would be to use this PC only for work, build another PC for video games, so it doesn't detect anything unusual.

When you open a ticket related to “ban” they do a thorough investigation on what was detected and if that is actually malicious.
Given that you already had your tickets close without any response, high chances it will remain the same for future tickets.
I've only opened 2 tickets in my life haha

As the auto response states, if they believe the ban was justified, they will not respond and close the ticket.
For those with the false ban, they get the bot response first
And after investigation, human agent reply if it actually was a false ban.
