If you still lost your account that is by your own mistakes.

However the game also provided a feature to recover your account.

It is there to help players submit all required information so the customer service can help out as soon as possible. You would be surprised how many players just send "Hi" or "My account get stolen" without providing necessary details.

the device you used the most, but as i know that if the hacker erased your device from the account. it doesnt matter what device you use to make a claim, it will always unsuccessful/rejected
