Need some help fixing ownership of a free account
I'm an employee at a startup and the person who created the free account has left the company, he didn't give anyone sufficient levels of access to own the account and since it's free I can't access the support ticket I made.
Who or where do I reach out to to get my access overridden? We can answer through his email and my email account.
