Used Chunky by mistake
I used Chunky by mistake and loaded thousands of blocks.
In the FAQ, I read that it is not recommended.
So, for a better experience, do I need to undo it somehow? Like, do I need to do anything for a better experience, or am I doomed?

If there are holes in the LODs, you'll have to delete all LODs and let DH generate them again
If not, then you don't need to do anything
There are. How do I delete exactly?

All dimensions in one file: SERVER_FOLDER/plugins/DHSupport/data.sqlite
Just remove the DB files, or the whole folders if they only contain DH data
Highly not recommend removing the whole folder. Minecraft appears to also store data regarding POI (point of interest) blocks as well as raid information in there. There's no telling what harm it would cause for those to be removed.
