Anyone had any luck with Richard Burns Rally?

For a few weeks now, I’ve been trying to find a solution to run RSF RBR on bazzite with my G920.
I followed guides with proton/steam and wine/lutris and I can get the game to run and accept the wheel and pedals, but there is no FFB.
Curiously, when I add dinput8.dll, RBR no longer recognizes the wheel. When I remove it, it finds it, but no FFB.
Anyone had any luck getting it to run properly on Bazzite?
