Back in 2022, I submitted an appeal, but unfortunately it was rejected. At that time, I had shared my account with my cousin, and without my knowledge, he used cheats while playing. I now realize that sharing my account was a big mistake, and I fully take responsibility for it. I want to make it clear that I have never personally used any cheats or third-party software. I truly enjoy PUBG Mobile and have missed playing it for a long time. I deeply regret the situation and kindly ask if there is any chance to reduce the ban duration or get a second chance to return to the game fairly. Cheating and account sharing are both in violation with PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. If your account is confirmed to have a violation (regardless of who was using an account), the account ban will not be lifted until the specified time.
Please use the community support form to submit an appeal for permanent account ban.
