alcohol + grignard

0.74gm of an alcohol (A)gives positive iodoform test and reacts with sodium and evolves 112ml H2 gas at STP. what mass of (A) is required for production of 1.81 litre of ethane on reaction with ethyl magnesium bromide . (inter type 0 to 9)

i am getting butanol as A some isomer of it to give iodoform butan 2 ol works ig omg that gives the correct (rounded off) ans someone pls confirm if theres any other possibility
