So 3m ago my account was hakced now it reject my application

My appeal was rejected depite every proof provided and the hacker is playing in it so do i provide the rank before or after the hacker played because he reach higher rank conquer
What do i answer it do i day my last highest rank was ace dom or conquer that is what he did conquer after hacking my id
