Nobody Helps

Hello good night I have been sending e-mails to pubg mobile for days I write here and I write on pubg mobile's official discord but no one helps in any way On May 15, 2025 a forum was sent to my account by others and I cannot get my account back they tell me to wait 3 months to create a request again I give all the information up to the receipt but they still say 3 months I gave it up to the serial number of my device but someone else sends a form to my account I have to wait 3 months the person who stole the account curses and makes fun of me on WhatsApp he finds all our information from the panel but we cannot do anything to him and I cannot get my account back will you take care of it now who is in charge ?????
