Appeal for Permanent Account Restriction – Request for Review by Senior Representative
Hello!
I’m writing to formally appeal the permanent restriction placed on my Valorant account due to unauthorized activity that occurred without my knowledge or consent.
I’ve been playing Valorant since the beta and have been an active player since 2021. Throughout this time, I’ve always played fairly, followed the rules, and stood against cheating in all forms.
On the day of the incident, I was at work and had no access to my computer or account during the violation. Before that, I was asleep and did not log into Valorant at all. When I returned home later, I discovered my account had already been permanently restricted.
Key facts:
The IP address and HWID linked to the violation do not belong to me.
My PC runs Vanguard anti-cheat and is free from third-party software.
I never shared my login details with anyone.
It appears someone accessed my account without permission, possibly through a password leak from another service.
I understand that account security is my responsibility, but I believe every player deserves a fair chance to prove their innocence — especially when the violation was committed by a third party.
Throughout the process, I was never asked for evidence like logs, screenshots, or system history. I was even ready to roll back Windows to prove my device is clean.
A permanent ban feels overly harsh for something I didn’t commit. This account represents years of effort and passion for me.
I would be extremely grateful if you could escalate this case to a senior representative who can re-evaluate it and give me the chance to provide further proof.

if you dont think using AI to discuss your own issues with another individual isn't wrong then nothing i say will be of use

I sent tickets to riot almost every day, I created a lot of themes on vlr-gg, I dmed official account on instagramm, X, I created on discord a lot of topics, but still no success, I just want a person who could really help me
I already discussed with other people, but they were like "shit happens" xd
so I try again and again to reach riot support no matter what
if they mark the case as solved then that means they've investigated it once and they most likely won't look into it again. they've made their conclusion on your case and making more tickets won't get them to re-open that same case.
So that's why I need a real person who could really do something. In their "investigation" they did nothing, they can't even check ip adresses or hwid, they told me like "after 120-day hwid ban expires, create a new account", I told them all the time that I don't have a HWID ban, what did you do in your "investagition"? provide any logs, can you at least try to help me, ask me for something, take logs from me, idk, something, but bots just close the ticket all the time, I really want a real person, who could reallty help me, I can do anything to provide my inosence, I wast at work, i've played since beta and now I got banned for no reason, i'm just upset
unless your account was hacked i really doubt the authenticity of your story
honestly sounds like another one of those "my brother was playing" appeals
once they conclude their investigation, they rarely will re-open case to make another/different conclusion. if they determined that your ban was valid, then its simply valid.
I know it seems like story "my brother was playing", but I can prove and answer any quetsion.
There is no hardware ID ban on my personal computer, which means that I, as the owner, did not do anything that could lead to the permanent blocking of the account, I provided them mine only IP and HWID. All other IP addresses and hardware IDs do not belong to me. They could double-check all the IP addresses that were used in the account and make sure that I wasn't playing at the time when it was blocked. They can also check the HWID of the computer that was used a minute before the account was blocked. In fact, all I open on my computer while playing is Valorant with anti-cheat enabled to protect myself, discord to communicate with my teammates in the game, and spotify. I could provide everything on video, my place of work, my passport data, my place of residence, all documents, restore windows to a certain version, anything, any documents or videos. Anything, any outside legal help, seals, stamps, my time zone, it can all be proved, go public on the Internet, because I really am not to blame, I invested a lot of money and effort into the account and just to lose my personal account when I am not to blame is unfair
All they did was "cheats were used on this account, okay, lock down forever"
Well, ask me something, give me a chance to prove my innocence, is it really that easy to ban a person who has spent so much time playing the game, playing from the beta test, invested a lot of money, sent bug reports and reports, and doesn't give a damn about his players?

I can provide my employment contract, the timesheet that I was at work, the IP and HWID of my work computer, you can also see the game time using tracker, I will provide my time zone and my city, you will look at the logs that I will provide, I am absolutely innocent in this situation, this is absurd. I've been trying to get justice everywhere for almost 2.5 months.

They can't even, for example, watch games 2 years ago, 3 months ago, etc., compare the HWID and IP with the person who gained unauthorized access to the account, compare his city, country, I do not know anything, view my recent unrated games, etc., why can't they do this job, why do they only need the fact of a violation on the account
and it also sounds stupid, I hit immo 2 like 6 times by myself, and now I play with cheats with Vanguard ON, lose 5000$ account for this?

That's why I said that I can provide any info that needed to prove, that I'm innocent, I would never use cheats, I know it's hard to prove but still, getting banned by not my fault is heartbreaking
