Appeal for Permanent Account Restriction – Request for Review by Senior Representative

I’m writing to formally appeal the permanent restriction placed on my Valorant account due to unauthorized activity that occurred without my knowledge or consent.
I’ve been playing Valorant since the beta and have been an active player since 2021. Throughout this time, I’ve always played fairly, followed the rules, and stood against cheating in all forms.
On the day of the incident, I was at work and had no access to my computer or account during the violation. Before that, I was asleep and did not log into Valorant at all. When I returned home later, I discovered my account had already been permanently restricted.
Key facts:
The IP address and HWID linked to the violation do not belong to me.
My PC runs Vanguard anti-cheat and is free from third-party software.
I never shared my login details with anyone.
It appears someone accessed my account without permission, possibly through a password leak from another service.
I understand that account security is my responsibility, but I believe every player deserves a fair chance to prove their innocence — especially when the violation was committed by a third party.
Throughout the process, I was never asked for evidence like logs, screenshots, or system history. I was even ready to roll back Windows to prove my device is clean.
A permanent ban feels overly harsh for something I didn’t commit. This account represents years of effort and passion for me.
I would be extremely grateful if you could escalate this case to a senior representative who can re-evaluate it and give me the chance to provide further proof.
