My Compute Hours Not Reset From Last 2 Months. And I need it.

My Deployed Projects got Crashed due to this Problem.
Reset My Compute Hours.

Hi, I see that you've got three projects. Your active time across those projects for the current billing period appears to be exceeding the Free plan limits. Compute time will reset at the beginning of the month.

For next month, one thing you could do to consume fewer compute hours is reduce your compute size, if you're not already at the smallest size. For example, a 0.25 vCPU compute will use fewer compute hours than a 1 vCPU compute. https://neon.com/docs/manage/computes#edit-a-compute

is there a specific reason given to use neon instead of hosting it yourself?
this is probably calculated in utc time so you would have to wait a little less than 2 hours for it to take effect
