I can't find my cd

It says it's in wsl.localhost\docker-desktop\home\shiv\immich-app

But my home page is empty but i remember i did make shiv folder in here

FYI this looks like a windows related issue, not immich. We do not recommend windows so we may not be able to really help much

Have you tried using the terminal to access to wsl and navigate to that path?

It might be file system type incompatibility for file explorer

So essentially i opened the Docker-desktop and the created a folder shiv and made the immich-app inside it

docker compose down -v
docker compose pull
docker compose up -d

docker compose down -v
docker compose pull
docker compose up -d

give it a few minutes and login to your Immich instance. if everything is ok we can work on fixing your install to make it more safe for windows
