Account Age: 6 years (created in 2018/2019)
Ban Date: 2022
Reason (as shown): Violation of regulations
I would like to clarify that I have never used any hacks, cheats, or third-party tools. Unfortunately, in one of my matches back in 2022, a hacker randomly joined my team. Even though I did not use any unfair means, my account was flagged and banned by the system.
This account is very valuable to me, as I have spent money on Royale Passes and other items. It represents my years of dedication and passion for PUBG Mobile. The ban has now been in place for more than 4 years, and I kindly request your team to re-investigate and give me a fair chance to recover my account.

Please use the File Claim option when logging into the game if you would like to appeal your suspension.
