heroic says playing but no game window pops up

there is no game window even though heroic thinks im playing the game, help

also i had one more issue, rocket league keeps crashing randomly and heroic reverts to spanish and zooms in a lot no matter what i do, like this

I've never seen an issue like this before, how did you install heroic?

I don't understand how or why it would ever change randomly to spanish since the default language we set is english, we don't specify spanish anywhere in the app

can you share logs after it changes from english to spanish?
