I got no rr refund

I reported the enemy jett for hacking as he was blatantly using trigger and aimbot. I got a message saying that he was banned but never got a rr refund screen. Why is this? Cheater name: WildRift#ggs

Riot does ban cheaters but rr refunds aren’t guaranteed even if someone on the enemy team was cheating its a reward and doest mean you will get every after banning cheaters and sadly not all matches meet those conditions and riot typically doesn’t provide individual explanations
