URGENT: Entreprise features not available

We've already contacted support, but they redirected us to customer success. However, we urgently need a solution.

I recently moved my zone to the Enterprise plan via the Startup Program. Unfortunately, I'm unable to configure a wildcard custom hostname—it keeps saying that my domain isn't part of the Enterprise plan.

Please use the /link command to authenticate with your Cloudflare account and link it to your Discord user. This helps Cloudflare employees access your details more quickly and provide support. It also makes future support requests easier, since your account will already be linked.
