TPM 2.0 bug

Hey i got a problem, while 4-5 days i got a TPM problem on Val, this message stay on my screen when i play 5 minutes on val and dont want disappeared. But the fact is the same day, i played in rank and the problem come the night for no reason and since this time, i cant play anymore.
Some1 get any idea ?
