Hello. My account was hacked. UID: 51506699348, nickname: 个ōBUKHARA. I always played from iPhone 12 Pro, but the system does not accept it as the main device. Please help restore access. I have screenshots of items and UC purchase receipts, ready to provide.

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
