Rocket League Freezing

So I've been playing RL on a Macbook Air M4 now for probably 3 weeks. A good amount of hours, too, 1-3 hours a day easy, most days. All of the sudden as of this past Friday afternoon, RL freezes when opening. I've tried different crossover/wine versions but nothing seems to help. I uninstalled RL and deleted Heroic and it did not change anything.
