if you want move all the mods from your machine to your server (assuming you're hosting on a server, vps and uses tmodloader docker) you can just copy paste the mod in your current machine C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader\ModsC:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader\Mods to the tModLoader/ModstModLoader/Mods folder
same with ModConfigs

if you're hosting on your own machine
just open tmodloader directory and start the start-tModLoaderServer.batstart-tModLoaderServer.bat
