Can't shutdown my laptop (HP Victus 16)

Hi guys my laptop doesn't shutdown.
Sometimes it does shutdown sometimes it doesn't it's really weird i'm a noob so i don't know how to fix that.

The problem got fixed after multiple updates now i can shutdown my laptop normally
