Scale to zero

I am on the scale plan. And in the documentation it is saying that I should be able to configure the scale to zero time from 5 minutes and down. As you can see in the screenshot I am only able to turn scale to zero on/off.

Hey! You can configure the compute to scale to zero after down to 1 minute by using the Neon API. Once you create a compute node using the API with a scale to zero time different than 5 minutes, a new input field will be available in the scale to zero options. We're actually working on something internally to make this more ergonomic.

To be honest, I am quite frustrated as it always declares that scsle offers 5 seconds, not 1 minute. Also Ask Neon confirms this with 3 sources. The only place where you changed this to 1 minute is the pricing overview.

As this is a major cost driver, changing this often secretly is not what I am expecting from Neon. You're not the new Cursor and this should be fixed with a blog post.

On the free tier the scale-to-zero time is set to 5 minutes and cannot be changed
