SSD feel slower on Bazzite than Windows 10

Hello everyone. I switched from windows to bazzite (Desktop with NVIDIA GPU driver) for some weeks now and their is a problem that I can't solve sinse I switch. I found out that, on Bazzite I have notissably longer boot, load and file moving time than on Windows (I dual-boot to play some games). In game it manifest as slow loading of shaders and textures. And compiling shaders on Vulkan can take many hours instead of minutes on Windows. All my drives are SSD M.2 and SATA and thoses issues do not appare on Windows. Plus some games think that the btrfs partitions are not SSD event if they are on a M.2. So my theory is I need to change a seting on those partitions to fix it. Any idea about what I can do? Until now, this is my only issue with Bazzite so I realy want to fix it.
