Error 403 when trying to download Dying Light from Epic

Tried to download DL. On the surface the game is downloading but with 0 mbps of network and disk usage. Legendary log shows a bunch of 403 errors, no token for url. The issue exists only with this game, as I have downloaded different ones from epic to test the issue (The Alto collection and Wolfenstein TNO if that matters). Also when trying it yesterday after a few attempts Heroic would immediately show popup that the game has downloaded but there were no files on my drive and it would still be grayed out in library, but I wasn't able to replicate it today. Log: https://0x0.st/KbbI.log. Tried restarting PC, relogging to epic and updating Heroic.
