Updating Bazzite fails with error Packages not found: grub-customizer
Hello folks,
kinda new to tinkering with Bazzite which I have installed on a MiniPC. It is a dualboot setup with Windows 10 on the same SSD where each OS is on a different partition. I did not actually confiugure Grub as I just choose to boot them myself throug UEFI.
I am currently on Bazzite 41 (stable F41.20250206, kernel 6.12.12-203.fc.x86_64). Applying updates through the game mode seems to be stuck in an endless loop as it does not get installed after the prompted reboot and still is hinting at a the same update after the restart.
I have tried to update through the Desktop mode and terminal with command "ujust update" and it fails at the step which involves the grub customizer (1st screenshot). Am not sure if this step can be somehow skipped. I tried also the command "regenerate-grub" and the result can be seen in the 2nd Screenshot, but it does not remedy the failure for the update.
I have not been able to find a solution to this online so if anyone can point me in the right direction or does know what to do to get the update done, I'd appreciate it. Also, if I have not provided any required info, do let me know, as mentioned I am not really experienced with this.

try removing all layered packages with
rpm-ostree reset then reboot and try updating again. it's failing the update due to some dependency issue involing your layered package
