Can't log in because secondary verification through phone and email

Hello PUBG Mobile Service, I want to say that my account got secondary verification through email and phone number and I don't know who have linked it. One day my friend asked to log in INTO HIS ACCOUNT and claim daily rewards because he can't, I don't know why. After logging back INTO MY ACCOUNT I have detected that someone added secondary verification, I was scared but didn't do anything. It was like in 2021 when I just created my account (after 1 year), it didn't asked me secondary verification when I was log out and log in back, I was always log in through Google games email and there was no secondary verification like they didn't asked me that. After that 2 years has gone like it was 2023 when I did a 1 month break from PUBG and re log in into my account and now it asking me secondary verification like I don't know whose is this email and phone number, after chatting with my friend, and I thought that he hacked my account - he didn't hacked my account but he got hacked, and after it that thief that hacked his account I think log in into my account through email or phone number I don't know but he log in somehow. I have chatted with my friend that is this email and phone number yours, and he said yes but I he can't use his email because that he got hacked and the phone number because he doesn't have that phone number, like he lost it. My friend has created a another account, I did too but I don't want to lose all my game progress that I had. I don't have all my old phones like the first one and second one thay all got broken but I can show you that email I have used phones to log in into my account.I am so sorry for replying my appeal again and again here but I don't really want to lose my account. 🙏
