im trying to play the game listed in the ttle but the dlc from the deluxe edition isnt showing and also its having problems authing with my epic account
Uis there a way to install these addons?

Ddepending on the game, and how it deploys its DLC, there may not be anything extra to install

UWhen i hit retry this popup shows with a blue bar at the top then disappears and errors again

DAlan wake 2 only has a windows version, thats why it says its the windows version
Djust to check, i installed alan wake 2 fresh (didnt have it installed on this machine) clicked the extensions menu item, saw these... so looks like it works... make sure you've updated EOS in heroic's advanced settings on the side bar

UIt opens a black screen with a blur bar at the top then immediately closes and twlls me it cant authenticate with my epic account

UIt has this blue moving bar at the very top like a loading bar and a light grey x at the top right
