Ghost of Tsushima freeze after few second I entered the save

I made the switch from win11 and the os was running corretly but when I open this game and I click on continue the game freeze after few seconds

Try disabling frame generation or DLSS just as as test.

Also do you know what NVIDA driver version you have? A quick search said there were fixes on 580.105.08 driver, if we are newer than that its a new issue.

Also, make sure you aren't running the game from NTFS partition
