Nobody listening?

So I have a free account .... Cloudflare decided to send me a rediculous bill anyway. And have blocked all methods of contact. So I can only assume there is no billing support, no technical support ... just "Screw you Pay us!"

How businesses think this is acceptable is amazing.

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, there have been recurring cases of extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.

To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support. There is a backlog of tickets so it might take a while to get a response.

Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.

Yeah ... Nothing is possible... going to ?billing shows the billing page ... going to support/billing doesn't have a contact option. Seems they are really pushing hard to get rid of free accounts.

Cloudflare doesn't randomly bill you. you only get billed for paid services you enable

Cache storage .. 5 out of 1000,000 ... Wasn't turned on previously somehow enabled And apparently I have to pay $4.50 for it. Not much but still annoyed that this somehow happened

Yeah didn't need it didn't turn it on ... sounds dumb ... it's a wrapped CDN from backblaze I really don't care how many requests they get as they charge normally .... (about 56c for the last 3 months)

All I'm actively using is DNS and a rewrite rule so customers links come from my address and not blah.blah.backblaze.com/blah/blah

And they are threatening to hold my account in ransom if I don't pay .. that's the really annoying bit. I'll just delete it a move the domain elsewhere .. again they probably figure I'll pay rather than spend hours offline.
