Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior & Unfair Timeout by Head Moderator

To the Higher Management / Global Admins,
I am writing to report an incident of Unprofessional Conduct and Unfair Treatment by a Head Moderator in the shaib Official Server.
Description of Incident:
I ask for help the server of wow pubg to ask a legitimate question about my WOW Creation Account. Instead of receiving professional assistance, I was met with hostility and a condescending attitude.
Sequence of Events:
1. Unjust Timeout (1 Hour): I asked a simple question regarding my account. The Moderator immediately gave me a 1-Hour Timeout with the reason "Don't Spam." His tone was rude and dismissive, rather than helpful.
2. Double Standards: After the timeout, I was told by others that "English is not allowed." However, I noticed the Moderator himself was using English in the chat.
3. Retaliation (24-Hour Timeout): When I respectfully pointed out this contradiction—marking the Moderator's own message as proof that he was also using English—he reacted with ego rather than logic. He immediately issued a 24-Hour Timeout.
4. Abuse of Authority: It is clear this punishment was given out of personal annoyance rather than a violation of rules. When I tried to report this, I was told that because he is the "Head," he cannot be reported locally.
Conclusion:
A Moderator should lead by example, not with an attitude. Punishing a user simply for asking "Why?" or pointing out a mistake is not moderation; it is Ego. I request the Global Staff to review the chat logs to see his tone and unfair actions.
