watch dogs 2 doesnt start

i had played watch dogs 2 before on linx with heroic games launcher, and ran great but now it does not even launch, i did reinstall the game and i dont know what the problem is

i override heroic to start the watchdogs2.exe it did but it wanted me to install watchdogs2 again so i just deleted everything

watch dogs 2 doesnt start
