Dragon age inquisition (verdi) doesn't start - Epic Games

It installs fine, the ea app installs something then it closes, when clicking play again nothing happens, i'm using proton-GE-10-26

the ea app now installs correcly and i installed dragon age, but if i click play from heroic the ea app is started in the tray and i cant click play inside the app
