No Access my account got hacked and I dont know the Uid but I have all the old login information for the acc and when I tried to log in it made me make a new account
If you are not able to access your account, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there. Please keep in mind that you will either need to know the UID or the current username of your account to be able to submit a recovery request.
I suggest checking old screenshots, if you have any, to find your UID or asking friends you used to play with.
If your claim is rejected, you can submit an account recovery request through the community support form.
