Account hacked

I am writing to request direct assistance from a support agent regarding my hacked PUBG Mobile account

I have submitted multiple account recovery claims, but unfortunately they were rejected, even though I provided accurate information and valid proof of ownership. This includes UC purchase receipts, which clearly show the last digits of the credit card used, and the card belongs to me. These receipts were already shared in previous steps of the claim process.

My account was compromised after my linked social media/email account was hacked. At that time, I was not actively playing PUBG Mobile due to work, which caused a delay in discovering that my PUBG account had also been affected. When I later attempted to log in again, I realized I no longer had access to my account.

I would like to clearly state that:
• I am the original and only owner of this account
• I have never shared my PUBG Mobile login credentials with anyone
• I have always played from Morocco
• My device history is consistent (previously Redmi Note 9 Pro, then iPhone 13 Pro Max)

I understand the importance of account security, and I fully respect PUBG Mobile’s policies. However, as the automated claim system has not resolved my case after several attempts, I kindly request a manual review by a support agent. I am fully willing to provide any additional information or verification required to confirm my ownership of the account.
