8852CE bluetooth audio stutter during WiFi transfers fix

Hi.
My setup, Dell Inspiron 7445 2 in 1.
WiFi+BT chip is the Realtek rtw89_8852ce, and it's a known problem in current kernels that the current firmware causes issues with bluetooth audio when there's load on the wifi chip, for example when buffering YouTube: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/bluetooth-audio-stuttering-during-wifi-activity-on-rtl8852ce/142165/21

The solution seems to be to downgrade that firmware: https://github.com/anfreire/rtw8852c-fedora-fix

Other distros also have this issue, encountered it with Manjaro (25.0.3 Zetar @ kernel 6.14.6-2) too, which isn’t surprising given it’s a kernel / driver thing.
