Guidance on how to request a Manual Human Review for a 10-year ban
Hi Team, I need guidance on how to request a Manual Human Review for a 10-year ban. My in-game appeal was automatically rejected, but my case has a specific conflict that the system is ignoring.
The Issue:
My account (UID: 5536853914) was compromised on Sept 22, 2025.
PUBG Support officially verified the hack and recovered my account on Oct 3, 2025.
However, the hacker used cheats during those 11 days (Sept 22 - Oct 3) and got the account banned.
Since PUBG officially acknowledged the hack by restoring my access, why am I being punished for the hacker's actions during the breach? My dedicated rep Hanna is currently looking into it, but the automated emails keep rejecting me.
Can a Moderator or Staff member help me escalate this to the Security Team for a manual IP/Device ID check for the Sept 22 - Oct 3 window? Any help would be appreciated.
