Heroic says it is offline when it is not.

I have a high latency satellite internet connection and heroic says it’s offline even though it has internet access and for example, installing a game from gog works. There is an annoying banner that says I’m offline and the ignore button does nothing as the banner remains there after clicking it. I don’t think heroic should be rubbing it in my face that I don’t have access to a low latency fast internet connection. I already know this
