I believe your current selected server is North America correct? If so, your final earnings or deduction when completing a match will be counted towards your own server—that is North America—regardless of which server you played on.

You will not get suspended if you are randomly matched with a teammate who is cheating, you are also recommended to report the teammate once the match ends. However, repeatedly teaming up with a cheater will get your account suspended, for a minimum of 7 days.

While trying to figure out the private room section for the first time, when viewing available rooms, i unknowingly changed the server to see different options.
