@NATEEEE :D, if an unauthorized person has linked their social media to your game account then you will have to contact the in-game customer service since the manual unlink process will be cancelled as soon as he logs in. Here's an example, try following it:

To get assistance to reset the server selection cooldown, you should send a description to the customer service in-game, select: No, they didn't help, Login/Connection/Lag Issues/server change and I want to switch/change server, and provide your user identification. The server selection cooldown will be reset as soon as possible, it is a one time service.
