To get assistance to reset the server selection cooldown, you should send a description to the customer service in-game, select: No, they didn't help, Login/Connection/Lag Issues/server change and I want to switch/change server, and provide your user identification. The server selection cooldown will be reset as soon as possible, it is a one time service, @Fake_Anthony ✟.

@aeri I have my account banned unfairly, I haven't never used cheats or broke any fair play rules, when I file a claim I get automated reply nothing to do with my ban ,please guide me what I can do to get a genuine reply and resolve this ,my account is a very valuable account and I have spent a fortune, an amount I can't mention here
