They will process your unlink request now since you have provided them with all the information that they have requested from you. All you have to do now is wait for their response.

Once you've been banned, pubgm puts the account to Bronze V - When unbanned it will still be Bronze V.

So basically I got banned for an unknown reason? Or perhaps due to downloading a cracked version on a non jailbroken ios device?
I am honestly confused and the consistent permission restriction is not helping

Even if they did make a mistake in my case then how do I tell them to atlesst investigate the case cuz I have all the proof that could possibly be needed in order to prove I didn't violate a single rule (I read the Terms of Service)

The unlinking process may take up to 60 days, but it also means your request can be processed much earlier than that. The customer service will open the ticket and send you a message once they have more information regarding your request.
