Were you able to send attachments to the customer service in-game? You can upload screenshots to an image hosting website such as Imgur, where it convert images into links and you can send it to them.
hi, it's me again, the one having problems with the fps settings. After attempts trying both ways that was recommended, nothing changed. Please tell me if there is more way to fix this

Please reach out to social media customer support and try to regain access of your account. If you don't have any way of accessing your PUBGM account unfortunately i don't think you can recover it.
uhh something actually happened on my 2nd attempt of redownloading the game. There appears to have two more options: medium and high, but it all disappeared when I reopen/ restart the game
Yes, the device should be able to at least run with Smooth + High frame rate according to its specifications, @Scotty being a nobrainer (110%). Is this correct?
I have tried that just now and I didn't see any changes. I have also reinstalled the game as one of the moderators had told me earlier and it really had some changes, the medium and high options appeared, but soon gone once I reopened/ restarted the game.
Can you please reinstall the game again but this time, screen record the entire process, @Scotty being a nobrainer (110%)? From when you enter the game and restart the game afterwards.
