QYou may contact them through login menu of the game. We cannot help you with such account related issues through the community.
.If you have used the correct login methods to login, but it creates a new account when you attempt to access through these links, this usually mean that an unauthorized person had accessed your account from your links, linked their own social media, then unlinked your login methods from your game account. That explains why it created a new account when you log in using both of your login methods. Unfortunately, if you do not have access to your game account with any of your login methods, then the customer service in game is not likely to able to assist you.
