XThere should be "Moderate snow" themed event in-game from which you can get those items. If you have already finished all the missions then you may wait for future themed events in-game.
XThe "Heavy snow" event should start soon.

XYou can upload your sensitivity to the in-game cloud and save your controls too. Sadly, your general settings will be reset. You can also take screenshots of everything if you want to be safe.
XThere was a "Light snow" event before the "Moderate snow" event started which also gave these items.
XYou can always check out your ping for all the servers from Account and Safety settings in-game, @AussieMate. You can select the server which is the closest to you to get less ping. Feel free to leave your feedback in No Access.
