@Unknown user It looks like the delay was caused because you failed to provide sufficient and required information at first. If you have submitted all the information later, including the account creation date, the support will take up to 60 days to recover the account. Remember, if any information is missing, the support will not help you. And, the video had sensitive information. You don't want someone from here try to compromise your account again. Make sure to censor your information before sharing it anywhere.

You can guess the date from your social media linked date or your App Store purchase history. Remember that most of the other information can be easily gathered if the person compromised your account access to your email - including all the purchase receipts. Hence the support will need unique information that prove your ownership. If you do not take those requested information seriously, neither the support will. It is not easy to find who is the owner when multiple people try to reach out the support. So, make sure you provide the most accurate information you have and let the support help you.

Following 12/20 update, Metro Royale gives " beta" mode error.

I have debugged, used help client at login, cleared cache of google play and google store. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times.

I contacted support, they literally keep telling me they dont understand what im saying because of a language barrier.

Can i find any further help here?

edit my account is registered. I found this to be a common problem amongst unregistered accounts.

Regarding your issue, please report cheaters through the report feature in the score/spectate section at the end of every match or in the tier overview section of their profile via friend search.
This is the best and most efficient method to inform the security team and receive in-game notifications regarding suspended cheaters.
You can also submit a report through https://bit.ly/3uDSJZv.

Please keep in mind that a delayed response from customer service can be expected due to enormous number of requests every day.

I dont understand. I was playing just fine. I got off for 30m, had the 28mb update. And no longer have access.
I also own a discord server exclusive to Metro Royale. Im the 1/400 players who can not play? Is this an issue with the recent update?

I see now, the exclusive metro items dont load in either. As if the game can not produce them. There should be lv6 armor packs where there are purple "?"

@Unknown user The server will randomly roll and choose players after every major update. You were lucky to have been chosen in the past. Because everyone has the ability to separately download these mode files before letting the server decide, these are some of the visual error you might face. I have tried customer support, they haven't responded to this point. Which led me here. Neither in game or email. I cant imagine I violated Metro TOS. Ive been playing since day 1, season 1 and love the game.
I hate seeing cheaters, glitchers etc. Ruining the game, i could never be one.
