Well yeah, with Functions you can do file-based routing. So a directory structure like
/functions/analytics/index.js/functions/analytics/index.js would map to a path of /analytics/analytics

Depending on the complexity of your build script, you may want to make a build.shbuild.sh or something which includes your git clone ... && git clone ... && something-elsegit clone ... && git clone ... && something-else commands and then set your build command to that script

you won't be able to sudo unfortunately. You might be able to pull the precompiled binaries or files for whatever you need via curl, etc. though, into a local folder
