You usually need to contact your current registrar. Some allow you to do it yourself and some don't

ICANN rules prohibit a domain from being transferred if it has been registered or previously transferred within the last 60 days or if the WHOIS Registrant contact information was modified in the last 60 days (even if redacted).

yes, it means once its been 60 days youll be able to transfer it, pretty sure it doesnt show that if it wasnt supported.
just to make extra sure i checked the tld list and can confirm .me.me, .contact.contact and .email.email are all supported
