R2 API token creation/deletion is the same as stock API token creation/deletion. The only nuance is that the token id is sha256 of the normal token id

This is probably be do-able but for R2 there needs to be a public API otherwise it gets stuck under https://github.com/cloudflare/cloudflare-go/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Aworkflow%2Fpending-public-api

It should work. Existing token creation should work modulo the secret id for R2 is sha256(real token id)
